Travel Tech School by Amadeus (Tricontinental Hotel Lab S.L.) has been a beneficiary of the Grants to High Technology and Knowledge Intensive Companies in priority areas of the RIS3 (EATIC) 2022, convened by the Canary Islands Agency for Research, Innovation and Information Society (ACIISI), for the development and implementation of the project Neuroapp Inteligente para la Relación con el Cliente (Intelligent Neuroapp for Customer Relationship).

Thus, from the Travel Tech School by Amadeus we are developing this new technological innovation project for tourism, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) (85%) and with the collaboration of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).

Through this grant, we will be able to develop a virtual assistant application that allows the automation of services and recommendations to customers through a voice interface. This application will allow the comprehensive management of the customer’s experience with the hotel, as well as a high degree of personalisation based on artificial intelligence, which allows us to propose reservations of complementary activities adapted to each user.
