Neuroleadership

Introduction

The neuroleadership course is a training program based on virtual reality that will allow you to assume the role of leader in different business situations and evaluate your skills and competencies. Through a set of training pills and audio guides, you will be able to develop leadership skills and work on your weaknesses. This program also includes an evaluation system that will allow you to measure your progress and receive tailored recommendations to improve your leadership skills.

Competences

The general objective of Neuroleadership is to provide its students with a general training with specific aspects of business leadership.

It is structured in several modules, each module includes a combination of training pills and audio guides, as well as an evaluation to measure your progress. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a detailed briefing document with your grades and tailored recommendations for improving your leadership skills. In addition, you will be able to consult with an expert from our company called TTS for additional advice.

Goals to achieve

The main objective of this course is to help you develop leadership skills so that you can lead teams more effectively. By the end of the program, you will be able to recognize your strengths and weaknesses as a leader, and you will have the necessary tools to improve your leadership skills. You’ll also be equipped with the skills to communicate and motivate your team, and to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.

The educational pills are designed to provide you with information on specific topics related to business leadership. There are also audio guides and dynamic diagrams that will help you reflect on your leadership skills and identify areas for improvement.
